The Right Real Estate Agent
Sellers and or Buyers: Call me or click on "Contact Us" let me know about what you are selling or looking to buy. Give me a heads up, and we can get started immediately with our research to best serve you. If you prefer to call, there is a lot of information that I can share immediately. If you have producing mineral rights, please call immediately. Non-producing mineral rights go a bit slower, but if you are reasonable on your price, we should have no problem. Property sellers, I will need last name, County in Arkansas and Section, Township, Range. Buyers, just a quick call or note with some specific criteria, my assistant or I will send you all that fit your criteria. People don't talk about it a lot. Having the right real estate agent can be a happy, stress-free property buying or selling experience.
First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.
